Yes, when customers apply, Zip runs a credit check to ensure we can lend responsibly.
Do customers pay 25% upfront?
No, customers pay nothing on the day of purchase.
When do Zip Money customers pay the establishment fee?
The establishment fee is applied to a Zip Money account on completion of the first purchase.
How to process a refund?
If your business has integrated Zip into your POS, process the refund as normal with the Zip tender type. Alternatively, login to your Zip Merchant Dashboard.
Where can I manage my merchant account?
The Zip Merchant Dashboard (merchant.zip.co) is your one-stop-shop to manage your merchant account.
